Welcome to Caldwell, ID
A “Welcome” note from Theresa Hardin
On behalf of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, welcome to our website! We trust you will enjoy your experience with us.
Our wonderful climate (not too hot nor too cold for any great length of time) allows our residents and visitors to enjoy a great many sunny days.
Caldwell, the county seat agricultural hub of Canyon County, is host to seven international seed companies. We grow over 140 varieties of crops, and our dairy and beef ranches provide food for the entire nation and the world. We are also home to the College of Idaho, Treasure Valley Community College, and first-class public and charter schools.
Recreational opportunities abound with world-class fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, museums, tours of medal-winning wineries, great restaurants, the famous Caldwell Night Rodeo, and many other events throughout the year.
No matter how short or long your stay, we know you will have wonderful memories of your visit and, because Caldwell offers diversity in living that exceeds all expectations, you may discover you’d love to call Caldwell “home!”
