Our Ambassadors are key players in strengthening Chamber membership by supporting and engaging with both new and seasoned members. Working alongside our Event Coordinator, Ambassadors foster a welcoming environment that showcases the benefits of Chamber involvement.

Program Objectives

Engage Members: Spark involvement in Chamber programs, events, and committees.
Communicate & Connect: Be the link between members and Chamber staff.
Build Community: Forge relationships that enrich both business and community experiences.

Membership Requirements

Be a Caldwell Chamber member in good standing.
Attend monthly Ambassador meetings and orientation.
Conduct welcome visits, deliver welcome packets, and foster a supportive first impression for new members.
Participate in Ribbon Cuttings, Grand Openings, and Chamber events.
Mentor new Ambassadors as they come on board.

Ambassador Responsibilities

Member Outreach
Distribute welcome packets and inform members of upcoming benefits and events.
Support new businesses at Grand Openings and Ribbon Cutting ceremonies.
Event Engagement
Be the welcoming face at events like Coffee Connect, Business After Hours, and Noon Break Lunches.
Assist with event setup and logistics when needed.
Monthly Meetings
Participate in Lunch Meetings to discuss member outreach, upcoming events, and assemble welcome packets.
Mentorship
Actively guide new Ambassadors to integrate and thrive in their roles.
