Bitner Vineyards consists of 15 acres of premium vinifera wine grapes. First plantings in 1981 consisted of Riesling and Chardonnay making these some of the oldest blocks in Idaho. The vineyards are located in the beautiful Snake River valley of southwestern Idaho and the quality of the grapes is the result of the true “terroir” of the area.
Our great-grandparents created the Hat Ranch homestead as a farm and ranch in 1902. We have re-established the family’s Hat Ranch name for our wines and vineyard in the Snake River Valley, the new frontier in wine. We honor the pioneering spirit of our heritage by delivering wines of distinction.
Tasting Room and Art Gallery Open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Noon to 5 pm.

Much like the mission of Huston Idaho in 1911, the mission of Huston Vineyards is to grow and ship high quality crops directly to the communities who savor perfectly grown grapes.
Today, Huston Idaho is the home of Huston Vineyards, a botique vineyard and winery established in 2006. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah were planted and thrive on this site of rich volcanic soil and long sunny days.

Chapelle Winery overlooks thousands of acres of fertile orchards and farmland in Southwestern Idaho known as Sunny Slope, with the famous Snake River winding through the valley below.
